This site is built to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

What we aim for

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The design includes the patterns below, but this page is not a certification that every criterion has been independently tested.

Design goals and patterns

• A skip link to main content as the first item you reach with the keyboard
• Proper page structure: landmarks and headings in order, so a screen reader can navigate
• Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard
• A clearly visible focus outline that's never removed
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background
• Real labels on every form field, not placeholder text standing in for one
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images hidden from screen readers
• Animation suppressed when your system requests reduced motion
• Colour never used as the only way information is conveyed
• Touch targets at least 44 by 44 pixels
• Link text that describes where it goes

What we haven't done yet

The launch repair has passed structural checks for headings, markup, local links and assets. The repaired version has not yet completed a fresh browser, keyboard or screen-reader assessment. No third-party accessibility certification is claimed.
